Session 5/9. Pranayama
For those new to pranayama practice, this is a powerful method to reduce anxiety or to deal with lethargy. It is a wide-ranging practice which can be combined with mudras (hand gestures) to awaken or settle the three doshas.
Based in India, Kavita is founder of Samarpana Yogshala, a teacher training course which runs between Kerala and Rishikesh. Specialising in pranayama (breath-control) and mantra (chanting), Kavita works with students all around the world, helping them with emotional issues using simple and regular breathing techniques.
