Session 4/9. Reflexology
Poor sleep over a long period of time can be detrimental while good sleep does wonders for our health and wellbeing. Close touch therapy that applies pressure to different parts of our feet or hands, known as reflexes to settle our nervous system; This can be a game changer when it comes to getting some shut eye.
This age-old therapy is traditionally exchanged between two people, but reflexology can also be practiced on ourselves. During this session, Rosie guides us through a peaceful foot reflexology sequence that you can weave into your evening ritual afterwards.
You will need:
● a quiet space to get comfortable
● some balm, oil or moisturiser
● a small towel
Sweet dreams and a restful night's sleep are just a few reflexes away.
