Ways to Wellbeing
Using the concept of care ethics, Ways to Wellbeing was programmed to provide vital tools and resources, to enhance health. Mental, emotional, physical, social, psychological and environmental wellbeing were considered as key foundation tenets, while introducing new modalities to positively impact mental and physiological health.
Portraying the intersectional lives of newly arrived refugees and asylum seekers, in Derby, England during CovId-19, through their own lens. It touches on inequalities relating to gender, age, race, migration status and other statuses.

Carrying out structured interviews with with South Asian women, purposefully sampled from different ethnic groups, comprising respective language cohorts.
Increasing South Asian women’s confidence and knowledge when talking about sex, sexual health, HIV, and contraceptive options, while raising awareness and access to sexual health and contraception services. Three films were produced to busts myths surrounding sex, sexual health, contraception, sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and HIV, while the wider project provides confidence for South Asian women to deliver their own Kitty Party-styled events.
