Durgha explains strategies to help you find time to achieve your goals. In particular, for those tasks which you can never seem to cross off your to do list or for those longer term goals that you can't seem to get started with.
‘Covid-19 has certainly been challenging and making progress with your goals may have felt emotionally and sometimes physically impossible. A favourite quote by Arthur Ashe: 'Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can'. This will be our starting point on this journey.
