Wednesday was the last of our planned sessions, for ‘Art as Life. A Practice for Everyday Life’.

A total of six sessions took place at The Derby Quad during which time, we worked with more than thirty individuals. Week one was led by artist David Booth, who helped us to conceptually explore ideas while enabling us to also consider symbolism.

Week two was led by the talented Lee Richards of Upcycled Creative. Lee shared some of his amazing skills of recycling discarded materials into beautiful new and useful objects such as lamps and other sculptural things. Needless to say, we learned such a lot from both David & Lee. Here are a few images of the last session.
